All estimates below are based on a 24' x 8.5' x 13.5' bumper pull tiny house shell with the "standard" finishes listed:
The Bones Shell
$21,500
This includes a covered exterior (steel framing, insulated subfloor, and finished metal roof) - minus the window, doors, and siding. Recommended for the most industrious DIYers amongst you.
The Exo Shell
$33,500
This shell Includes the above plus completely finished exterior with metal siding, standard vinyl windows, and a painted fiberglass exterior door. The inside is a blank canvas for you to complete. For those that feel confident tackling electrical, plumbing, and all interior finishes on their own.
The Utility Shell
$38,000
This option includes everything in the Exo Shell plus roughed in electrical wiring, plumbing, and closed-cell foam insulation. If you don't feel comfortable with electrical or plumbing, but want to handle all the other interior finishes, this is the best option for you.
The Inner Shell
$45,000
This includes everything in the Utility Shell as well as walls, ceilings, electrical switches and receptacles, and finished floors. This mostly finished shell would leave the cabinets, storage, fixtures, and finishing details for you to complete on your own. For the budding DIYer.
The Whole House
$52,000
For this price, we will build your custom tiny home start to finish.
